How much will I get paid?
Payment depends on the category, quantity, condition, and amount accepted. The final amount is determined after inspection and any required weighing or counting.
Do I need to weigh anything?
No. Tell us approximately how many bags, boxes, totes, or shoe pairs you have. Qualifying items can be weighed or counted during pickup.
Do I have to list every item?
No. The service is designed for bulk bags and boxes, so you do not need to create individual listings.
What condition should my items be in?
Items should generally be clean, dry, usable, reasonably free from major damage, and suitable for reuse or resale.
What if some items are not accepted?
You are paid only for qualifying items that are accepted.
Do you buy valuable individual items?
Not in the initial release. This service currently focuses on bulk clothing, shoes, books, and toys.
Is pickup free?
Pickup is free for qualifying loads in supported service areas, subject to the minimum-load requirement and future booking availability.
